Description netCDFPerl is a port of the netCDF package into a native Perl extension. . The functions in the netCDF library can be accessed by a Perl script by replacing the `nc_' prefix of the regular netCDF C function names with NetCDF::. For example, the C function nc_create() is available to a perl script as NetCDF::create.
