Description R is `GNU S' - A language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. R is similar to the award-winning S system, which was developed at Bell Laboratories by John Chambers et al. It provides a wide variety of statistical and graphical techniques (linear and nonlinear modelling, statistical tests, time series analysis, classification, clustering, ...). . This is a collection of libraries for R that implement various nonlinear regression and repeated measurements models. The following libraries are included (all authored by Jim Lindsey, except as noted): . rmutil - Utilities for nonlinear regression and repeated measurements gnlm - Generalized nonlinear regression models stable - Probability functions and generalized regression models for stable distributions growth - Multivariate normal and elliptically-contoured repeated measurements models repeated - Non-normal repeated measurements models event - Event history procedures and models ordinal - Repeated measures library for ordinal data (by Patrick Lindsey) . More information about these libraries is available at http://popgen.unimaas.nl/~jlindsey/rcode.html
